We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle the reviewing and processing of referral payments and promotional incentives.
Starting Pay: $17 per hour.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of the check process. Research trends, anomalies, and issues that arise with this important aspect of the business.
Collaborate with manager to provide preventative and corrective action as needed.
Mail payments and documentation to customers, as well as communicate with customers and representatives to provide updates as necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure appropriate documentation is received in a timely fashion.
Qualifications & Experience
Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be comfortable working independently, as part of a small team, and across departments.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Salesforce experience is preferred.
