Job Title: Hi-Temp Staging Operator

Job Description

Join our Carbon Division as a Hi-Temp Staging Operator, where you'll be responsible for operating highly technical equipment, including high temperature induction furnaces and textile operations. You will monitor equipment, record data to document the manufacturing process, and ensure production meets both quality and standards. Your role also includes loading and unloading machines, documenting manufacturing processes, troubleshooting anomalies, and performing preventative maintenance. This position requires working 12-hour rotating shifts that change every 8 weeks.

Hard Skills

• Experience in operating machinery or production in manufacturing

• Experience matching parts to prints

• Proficient in using various types of gauges (height, depth, thread, etc.)

• Able to use micrometers and calipers

• Experience with computers for data entry

This is a fully on-site position in Walton, Kentucky.

Work Environment

The position is based in a newer, climate-controlled building within the Carbon Department. However, the area near the furnaces can get hot. The team values cleanliness and organization within the department.
