In Home and Community Supports - FT - Bollinger

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week; hours vary depending on individual caseload

As an In Home and Community Support professional in Warren, you will be helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities foster independence. You will be there every step of the way in the In Home and Community Support program as our individuals gain valuable new skills. Work with a team of creative and reliable professionals to help our adults grow, learn and connect with others in their community. It's more than a career; it's a fulfilling way of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing goal plans
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Following activity schedules
  • Participating in interesting, growth-oriented in-facility activities and community outings with program attendees

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance
