Assembly Worker

Warrendale, PA

Mon-Fri 8am-430pm

Pay Range: $20/hr

What’s the Job?

• Perform basic mechanical assembly of MEPPI products and sub-assemblies according to drawings, bills of materials, check sheets and other work instructions.

• Use various hand and power tools correctly and safely to assemble sub-assemblies and products.

• Identify and report product defects.

• Unpack equipment for rework, testing and/or assembly.

• Package equipment for shipping.

• Modify or update equipment when required per Engineering’s instructions.

• Complete all appropriate daily reporting and other paperwork according to Company procedures.

• Cooperate with and assist Quality and Service personnel as required.

What’s Needed?

• High School, GED, plus two years of work experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• Mechanical ability, as demonstrated by the proper use of hand and power tools.

• Applicable safety/operations training required to operate certain machinery and equipment (e.g., fork truck, crane).

• Basic understanding of computer applications.
