Our client, a leading manufacturer in the global stainless steel industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their expanding team in the USA. With over five decades of excellence, our client specializes in producing high-quality stainless steel bars, wire, and welding wire across multiple international locations.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' proven success in sales within the stainless steel wire industry, specifically to OEMs and End-Users.
Expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
Strong techno-commercial sales skills with a deep understanding of customer relationship management.
Comprehensive knowledge of stainless steel wire products and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
Salary Range: $100K - $150K Functional Area: Sales
Reporting To: CEO
Job Description: As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving business growth for our client's high-quality stainless steel wire products across diverse industries in the USA. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with OEMs and End-Users, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating contracts.
Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic sales approaches.
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to identify product enhancement opportunities.
Reporting regularly to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Compensation:
Salary: $100K+ , annually
