Agricultural and Turf Equipment Technician
Join Our Team as an Agricultural and Turf Equipment Technician!

Key Responsibilities:
Expert Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on John Deere equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement: Conduct or support customer clinics, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance client understanding and usage of their equipment.
Field Support: Execute diagnostics and repairs in the field, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to customer service.
Accountability & Documentation: Maintain accountability for billable time and assigned work orders, providing thorough documentation of all diagnostics and repairs in a timely manner.
Continuous Learning: Participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest industry advancements.
Maintenance of Tools & Workspace: Operate and maintain the necessary vehicles, tools, and equipment while ensuring a clean and organized work area.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing your job duties.
Stay Informed: Keep current with John Deere and competitive products to deliver informed service.
Qualifications:
Experience & Performance: Proven experience in service repairs, with a track record of meeting performance metrics. Familiarity with diagnostic and repair procedures for agricultural or turf equipment is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in using vehicles, tools, and equipment for diagnostics, with experience in Service ADVISOR or other computer-based diagnostic tools preferred.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.
Toolset Requirement: Must possess an adequate personal toolset to perform job responsibilities.
Physical Abilities: Capable of climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, twisting, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs., and utilizing hand and vision abilities.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $34.00 per hour
