The role

As an Account Manager you will drive sales success and build lasting relationships with our valued customers. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to thrive in a dynamic sales environment and make a tangible impact.

  • Be the primary point of contact and maintain a successful relationship with existing accounts and identify growth potential,

  • Take ownership on the customer experience,

  • Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions to them,

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions,

  • Drive proactive new Sales, Renewals, and overall Opportunity Management,

  • Providing customer services remotely,

  • Handle day-to-day customer and partner requests,

  • Keep track of account metrics and financials.

What we need to see from you

  • 5+ years of experience in Account management, cross selling, upselling, sales platforms and lead generation,

  • Extensive experience in selling Software and Cloud portfolio,

  • General understanding of Application Services and Cloud Services,

  • Able to engage customers from IT, Finance, Procurement and C-level,

  • Foundational skills:

  • Customer & Market Oriented,

  • Good Negotiation Skills,

  • Customer Excellence,

  • Impact Driven,

  • Adaptability,

  • Big Picture focused,

  • Impactful communication skills,

  • Proficient Polish and English language.
