Lenovo Poland Marketing Team is looking for a Consumer&Trade; Marketing Senior Specialist for the PC Business in Poland.
Your tasks include (but are not limited to):
Cooperation with retail business partners: maintaining track of budget & activities on day to day basis
Liaison between brand and sales team, coordination and alignment of marketing promotions with sales promotions
Support Sales team with effective co-marketing activities with key business partners, (Retailers / Operators).
Organize events and trainings for business partners.
Responsibility for development, execution and operation of all sales programs aimed to increase presence and sales in retail stores.
Manage and coordinate work of promoters, merchandisers and POS branding.
Develop and drive POS strategy, lead in-store execution compliance and tracking.
Agencies work management: briefings, plans, costs execution and measurement.
Close cooperation with alliance partners on co-marketing development.
Cooperation with regional and worldwide marketing teams.
Master Degree in marketing or business, minimum 5 years related marketing experience.
Experience in technology industry will be an advantage (knowledge of the Gaming environment will be an advantage)
Cooperation with Intel, Microsoft, AMD will be an advantage.
Experience with retail and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and actions in retail.
Strong Business orientation. Ability to take initiative and responsibility, negotiation skills.
Experience with consumer-oriented marketing is a must.
Presentation, communication and analytical skills (experience with interpreting data).
Digital marketing skills & experience are a must.
Fluency in Business English is a requirement
Travel around 35%
Experience: Candidates should have independently managed marketing actions & programs, have experience in various aspects of marketing skills, esp. engagement actions, retail and sales enablement, with focus on effective, measurable actions that directly support sales. Candidates should also have experience with launching new products in the market, driving brand performance. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven record in taking initiative and proactively driving actions to support a business strategy.
