Citigroup Financial Analyst [maternity cover] in Warsaw, Poland
Responsibilities:
Process legal vehicle billing for Citibank Europe PLC , including systematic and non-systematic allocations.
Issue invoices and process credit notes in the financial subledger.
Reconcile financial systems.
Collaborate with business on monthly charge calculations.
Handle manual invoice calculation for Citi Entities.
Participate in finance initiatives and projects, including e-invoicing.
Assist with closing books, financial reporting, and analysis.
Identify and resolve finance-related issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Skills :
3+ years of relevant experience in Finance environment, especially accounting.
Knowledge of Polish Accounting rules is a must.
Strong Excel skills is essential and hands-on experience with complex spreadsheets is a must.
Understanding of financial markets, banking products, and International Financial Reporting Standards
Experience with financial and regulatory reporting a plus.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms such as KNIME and/or Tableau would be a bonus.
Clear and concise English communication skills.
Proactive, helpful, and problem-solving attitude.
