Citigroup Risk Reporting Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence in Warsaw, Poland
DART (The Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting & Technology ) is the leading risk modelling and data analytics team in Citi. We use mathematical modelling and the latest technologies to calculate risk for the largest portfolios in Citi. We use visualizations and dashboards to communicate risk to senior stakeholders. Our models and analytics ensure that the bank has adequate capital during crisis.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues to further develop your analytical and quantitative skills. Your responsibilities will include building models and analytical applications to tackle real-world challenges, paving the way for a career as a risk management expert and leader.
As a successful Candidate you will be a part of Legal Entity Stress Testing Reporting & Analytics team. We merge risk SME knowledge and experience together with technical literacy to build reporting and Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for Management & Regulatory Reporting and Stress Testing, analytics of various types of risks and data. You will participate in Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)s across EMEA, APAC, LATAM. The role offers a huge development opportunity and exposition to local and global initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Prepare regular and time sensitive analytics, visualizations, and reports for risk managers and senior management.
Synthesize and communicate complex risk exposures and metrics.
Analyze, implement, and automate underlying data, data flows, and data controls to enhance processes and efficiency.
Work with risk managers, businesses, modelers, and tech to design and build analytical applications.
Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards.
Building reporting processes – Python, SAS and other
Support optimization / automation of reporting processes.
Preparation of documentation.
Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in Banking/Finance/Regulatory or similar area.
Risk Reporting/Credit Analyst experience is a plus
Undergraduate or master’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, sciences, or other related technical disciplines.
Experience in Tableau, Power BI or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of or interest in finance, markets, risk management.
Skills in data, analytics, databases, data quality.
Coding in Python, R, SAS (or related statistics programs) preferred, but not required.
Experience in SQL, VBA or other programming language is a plus
