Meaningful Work From Day One
The Sales Development Specialist is the first person to contact with gastronomy outlets in order to build the value of our brands. The role of Sales Development Specialist is created to provide excellent customer service and experience as well as builds sales based on its customers. This person works and supports the On-Trade team in which he works and is responsible for reporting to Regional Sales Manager
What You Can Expect
Delivering brand objectives according to brand plans
Achieving appointed sales, distribution and visibility objectives
Implementing and evaluating of promotional activities – providing best solutions , timing and placing
Regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan
Daily visiting apx. 10 customers
Build data base of 100 regular visited customers
Builds excellent relationship with customers
Developing account management capabilities by contracts negotiations (under RSM supervising)
Ensures optimum stock level within all serviced customers
Collects orders and controls deliveries
Collects and updates information about competitors activities
Conducts brand trainings for trade partners – under supervision
Responsible for managing POSM placement at customer place
Reporting on the Mobile Reporting System
Prepared to work flexible hours
What You Bring to the Table
Ability to quickly establish business contacts
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Customer and solution oriented approach
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years field sales experience in FMCG
What Makes You Unique
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time and organization management skills,
Polish and English language knowledge and use
Knowledge of the gastronomy market in the subordinate area
Knowledge of bartending trends
