Now we aspire to take this business to the next level both by driving pour existing, hardware-focused offerings but also by tapping into new areas of managed services and device as service offerings. Having these priorities in mind we are looking for exceptional candidates into the role of Services Sales Executive.
As Services Sales Executive, you will be a solution sales leader within your territory working with our most important customers in the PC business supported by the extended Lenovo sales teams.
You will cooperate with an international team of technical, presales and consulting resources based in EMEA to advance the sales process, achieve/exceed quarterly services revenue, and profit targets in your assigned territory – Central & South Eastern Europe*.
You will help our most important public, large enterprise and global accounts to take advantage of our services value proposition.
You will be selling both close to the box services (factory customization services, lifecycle services, warranty services e.a.) as well as help to develop solutions tailored to your customer’s needs
You will be working across countries, so work from home is possible. Be prepared to spend 70% of your time visiting your customers.
You will be reporting into the EMEA Leader for Services Sales into our Public, Large Enterprise and Global Account business but cooperate very closely with the local PC hardware sales team. - 5+ years experience of selling PC related services to Large Enterprises and/or the Public sector
Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, large dollar deal negotiation required;
Experience and expertise selling to senior level business decision makers up to C-Level contacts;
The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of industry strategies and products;
Experience leading large deals especially those complex deployment solutions;
Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions and capabilities;
Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
Fluent English is a requirement
