THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Implementation Manager with German

Location: Poland, remote

Job summary:

This role is responsible for the implementation processes and activities related to the onboarding of new revenue for the Digital Solutions group in the designated region for Iron Mountain.

These implementation activities will yield successful onboarding of new Customer projects that meet the requirements & timeframes of Customers as well as the operational & financial expectations of Iron Mountain.

This role encompasses end-to-end planning and ownership of the work and oversight of both Customers facing staff responsible for implementations as well as the technical resources that are responsible for creating and testing new workflows to support projects.

The role is responsible for the overall delivery of customer-facing solutions and operational production systems that support customer deliverables

Your role in our mission:

  • Providing advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning, and modification of solutions.

  • Partnering with sales and teams as an influencer to craft relevant, valuable, and profitable solutions.

  • Executing standard processes & methodologies

  • Support and develop processes for providing regular updates on Implementation schedules; internally and externally.

  • Expertly manage Project Management and Technical resource scheduling and utilization.

  • Operate within assigned budgets

  • Assist Project/Programed Managers with the development of detailed project plans – provide subject matter expertise to ensure project plans reflect the right level of detail

  • Leverage industry experience & background to advise/course-correct plans to ensure Iron Mountain follows best practices

  • Ensures customer satisfaction – understands/establishes key performance metrics - quality, reliability, responsiveness, budget targets, etc. and ensures necessary IT Service Delivery reports are followed

  • Actively support and Comply with all IT Governance activities

  • Responsible for determining tools, solution and workflow that will meet both Customer and Operational needs for new implementations and be consistent with business line strategy and corporate governance

Functional Knowledge, Skills:

  • Delivering best-in-class DS solutions across a multitude of successful client engagements -Leadership of a technology & project management team of professionals within a global, complex, matrixed organization-Significant experience in SDLC, agile, change management and effective project implementation and project management disciplines.-Broad knowledge and technical background in document management; Experience with information management (DMS, BPM, A/P, etc.)

  • Worm welcomed experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Must have demonstrated ability for independent decision making, supporting large customer groups, and managing highly visible projects

  • Must be able to deliver work efficiently through formal and informal channels and display broad understanding of business practices and policies

  • Ability to work well in a globally matrixed organization that is fast paced with heavy competition for scarce resources

  • Must be able to manage programs assigned such that high-impact issues are identified, understood, communicated, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to the program.

  • Must have clear, executive level, excellent written and verbal communications skills – well targeted based on the level of audience within and outside the organization
