We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk role situated in Warwick, Rhode Island. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on customer service and data entry in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient data entry and processing of information

• Utilize 10 key skills to ensure accurate data entry

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle email correspondence professionally

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and correspondence

• Efficiently organize and manage files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information

• Maintain and operate scanning equipment for data digitization

• Typing tasks and documentation as required

• Handle and respond to incoming calls, providing timely and accurate information.

Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Proven data entry skills

• Proficient in email correspondence

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Microsoft Word
