Description
Calling all caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in Foster Care. Devereux (Therapeutic Foster Care in Warwick Rhode Island) has an immediate opening for a Foster Care Supervisor (Case Coordinator.)
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.06/hour, additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field up to $23.87/hr.
2 days Paid Orientation Training.
Part-time 10-12 hours/week
Bilingual English/Spanish
In this role you will supervise a case load of therapeutic foster homes/placements and provide both case management and clinical services to support both the families and the children in care. You will also serve as liaison between the foster parents, school, biological parents, DCYF and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits, developing and implementing treatment plans and assessments and participation in the on-call rotation; are also part of the ongoing responsibilities.
Availability for nights & weekends to meet with foster families as needed.
Working with 4-6 foster families.

Qualifications
For consideration, you must have:
Must be 21 years of age or older
A valid driver's license & Reliable transportation to drive to/from foster homes
Masters in clinical setting required
Bilingual Spanish/English required
At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families required
Schedule:
2 days Paid orientation (Monday & Tuesday 8-4pm)
10-12 hours/week, flexible schedule
Position temporary: Will be looking for candidates with Clinical Masters background starting in September. If enrolled in a masters program and seeking FT employment, will review retaining position while candidate works on degree.
