County of Waseca Assistant County Attorney I or II in Waseca, Minnesota
Under general supervision of the County Attorney, this position is responsible to performs professional legal work assisting the County Attorney in performing duties as legal counsel and criminal prosecutor for Waseca County. Performs other duties as apparent or assigned. The incumbent exemplifies the characteristics of a collaborative, innovative and resilient work culture and models the appropriate behavior to create and maintain a resilient work culture within the department. The incumbent works in partnership with other employees, departments/divisions, agencies, and the public in delivering effective and innovative services.
