Job Description We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our team at Adient. As an Assembler, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, assembling automotive seats and components according to specifications and quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive seats and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Operate tools and equipment to complete the assembly process.

• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred, but not required.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.

• manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

Complete assembly of automotive foam seating while maintaining good housekeeping, safety, quality and efficiency standards. Performs line and/or support operations to mass produce automotive foam seating units in accordance with specifications. Builds parts in a specified manner according to the Operator Description Sheets Develop proficiency in all production related jobs Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flow Monitor production material quantities and report shortages Ability to lift and/or carry seating components, foam seats, products, etc Complete, assembly of quality seating units

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 12 hours at one time

• working weekends
