Advantage SCI Intelligence Analyst Level 2 in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

Position: Intelligence Analyst Level 2
Reports To: The Customer and Program Manager
Clearance Type: Active TS/SCI
Work Location: Washington, DC
Advantage SCI is seeking Level 2 Intelligence Analysts to be considered for employment. Duties include preparing all-source intelligence products; establishing and maintaining intelligence records and files; processing incoming reports and messages and determine significance and reliability; analyzing and evaluating information to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action; assembling intelligence reports; preparing threat briefs and assessments.
Required Experience:
Required experience
Two (2) years’ all-source intelligence analysis that includes writing intelligence threat estimates and bulletins
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration (NOTE: four (4) years’ intelligence analysis experience is required if the BA/BS is in a degree that is not in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration)
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
Desired experience:
Prior experience performing Open-Source Collection
Intelligence Community (IC) experience desired; Homeland Security missions intelligence analysis experience preferred. Experience working researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)
Criminal Intelligence analysis experience desired.
Knowledge of Federal Force Protection Services (FPS), component missions, and the role of FPS in supporting the Intelligence Enterprises; overall FPS intelligence research, analysis, and production process
Specific knowledge of Title 18 authorities
Knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface, deep, and dark web
Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches
Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and Federal Intelligence agency data systems
Experience working researching and providing evaluations for IIRs
Working Conditions:
Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach daily
Able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
