Team Carney is actively seeking a Senior Multimedia Programmer to support a government client in the are of Intelligence.  In this position, the Programmer will be responsible for developing engaging multimedia training content through interactivity and compelling media.  They will ensure functionality of courseware and new development to target compliance with performance support standards.   

THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITIONON SITEIN THE WASHINGTON DC AREA.

ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED.  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the design and development of multimedia advanced distributed learning courseware, including online, broadcast, video, audio, and computer­ based interactive courseware, to include graphics, animations, and photos.

  • Design both synchronous and/or asynchronous courses.

  • Produce distance and eLearning products that adhere to SCORM

  • Utilize PC applications and have practical-level knowledge and expertise of Blackboard and other learning content management systems as appropriate. 

  • Work with ISDs to develop storyboarding to display the flow of animation sequences. 

  • Conduct test trial with new design technologies and equipment.

  • Prototype IT solutions, basic programming, data communications

  • Translate requirements into IT solutions. 

  • Lead, plan and manage web design for web sites, and graphic design activities. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • A minimum of six (6) years' experience without an appropriate degree or

  • BA/BS degree in appropriate field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years working with multimedia in training programs

  • Practical-level knowledge and expertise of multi-media processes and terminology-designing, developing, and producing multimedia projects based upon project objectives, format, methodology, target audience, content, budget, timelines, and available facilities and resources;
