Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Long term contract

Pay: $18-21/hr W2

· Customer Service Rep with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to go above and beyond to support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units.

· Provides customer services relating to sales, order entry and purchase order collections.

· Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws.

· Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

· Develops improvement plans in response to teams efforts for purchase order collections.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

• Proficient in sales techniques and strategies

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to train and support others

• Knowledge of standard procedures and planning processes

• Experience with workstation support and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with collection processes and claim administration

• Experience with purchase orders and order entry systems
