Quality Assurance Analyst, Jr

Onsite-Hybrid-Remote Position : This is a hybrid work model providing on-site support at 425 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001, as required. The Government Point of Contact will notify the contractor when on-site support is required.

EM Key Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Board of Veterans Appeals (Board) with Quality Assurance Support Services (QASS). The Board conducts hearings and decides appeals efficiently. The Office of Assessment and Improvement (OAI) ensures uniform error identification in appeals. The Board seeks third-party support to assess and enhance the OAI Program, adopt best practices, improve transparency, and build stakeholder trust. This includes developing strategic communications and educational materials to boost decision accuracy and confidence in the Board's processes.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform tasks related to promoting systems and techniques assuring the quality of products and services, including developing plans and programs for achieving and maintaining product and service quality throughout the product/service life cycle.

  • Monitor operations to prevent the production of defects and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements.

  • Analyze and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions and initiation of corrective action.

  • Tasks may also include employing quality management systems, tools, and techniques to help organizations transform, including, but not limited to, ISO 9000/9001 and the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.

  • 8 years minimum of experience.

    Clearance:

    Public Trust or equivalent clearance is desired. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
