HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

● Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities

● Contractor would be expected to work amongst the team for problem solving, execution of scheduling moves, managing various spreadsheets, and requirements of coordinating office moving and storage transactions

● Contractor will be expected to engage with customers via multiple communication channels and will frequently engage with external sponsor partners

● Contractor will be expected to be independently proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sponsor systems for daily use. Contractor should have intermediate skill level in performing job functions in the various Sponsor systems

● Contractor will be expected to manage workload during peak and non-peak seasons. The office processes over 3000 shipments annually to and from the foreign field. Contractor will work with the team to ensure moves are processed in accordance with Sponsor regulations and policies utilizing the various tools and systems.

● Contractor will be expected to escort the Sponsor Group in support of maintaining space within the office suite

● This position is a split location spending one week in McLean, VA and four weeks in Washington, DC

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: High School Diploma/GED

● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience

● Required Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sponsor systems for daily use

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

● Required Skills and Abilities: Able to work with little supervision and will possibly serve as a subject matter expert to the Sponsor's external partner for move management

● Location: Washington, DC

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $101,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
