A premier international development nonprofit in Washington, DC hiring for an Operations Manager to join an expanding team. The research of this organization focuses on making positive advancements and impact on communities across the world from a civic and economic lens. This is an incredible mission-driven organization, experiencing consistent growth through grants and stewardship efforts. This is a permanent position, reporting to the recently hired Vice President of Operations. I personally connected the VP of Operations with the Foundation; he is a talented and dynamic leader and veteran of the international development world. Beautiful office centrally located a few blocks west of the White House in northwest DC, this is a flex hybrid position on-site 1-2 days a week. The position oversees the office operations, vendors, service-oriented projects, budgets, procurement, and travel process for internal staff and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and expanding team and work for an incredibly passionate and extremely talented leadership team. The salary range for the role is commensurate with experience: 105-115k.

salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year

  • The Manager for Operations will oversee three key areas, internal service support, procurement, and the travel process
