Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled SharePoint Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint software application issues, utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery. The role requires knowledge of VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrap, JSON, and React JS.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues, utilizing JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and jQuery.

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites using VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrap, JSON, and React JS.

Educate and train clients and develop training documentation.

Resolve SharePoint permissions, Site Collection issues, and tier 1-3 SharePoint Online (SPO) issues.

Maintain user and group permissions, configure/decommission Site Collections, and gather requirements from stakeholders.

Compensation:

$47/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, VS Code, PowerApps, Bootstrap, JSON, and React JS.

Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions.

Excellent communication and training skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and maintain user and group permissions.

Experience in creating and modifying site and page designs.

Familiarity with monitoring site metrics and maintaining system availability.

Security+ Certification

DoD Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree null
