The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This position will work primarily 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, with flexibility needed to work any day of the week including holidays.

Our good faith belief at the time of this posting is that the hourly pay for this position will be $20.00 per hour, with a separate $1.00 per hour added for overnight shifts between the hours of 11:00pm-7:00am.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment

• Refined verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Proficient in basic computer skills

• Previous security experience preferred

• Special Police Officer license, or ability to get one
