Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Total Force Manpower Division of HDQTRS NDW. Responsibilities You will Interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, principles, standards, and procedures to program and management analysis activities (e.g., performing investigations, inquires, reviews). You will recommend corrective action for improving processes or procedures. You will create process improvement initiatives for a program. You will interpret and analyze statistical reports using multiple systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
