TEAM UP WITH US! The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of branch operations.  Specific responsibilities include: business planning, personnel administration/development, strategic growth, supplier relationships, insure adherence to company policies and culture alignment, sales, product management, and inventory. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage all phases of branch operations which include the development of the Branch Financial Plan. Service:  Manage service assets to meet customer requirements, both shop repair and field projects.  Ensure quality standards are met for turn key service installations. Net Income: Communicate financial results and market conditions to personnel and senior management. Manage revenue and gross profit to support plan. Sales:  Participate in various sales activities including customer calls/schools and alliance meetings to gather market intelligence and help insure revenue growth.  Coordinate and develop sales to meet company branch financial goals and grow product market share. Inventory:  Maintain for business levels and plan for growth (optimize 3.2 turns).  Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships. Develop, initiate, and administer short and long term strategic plans that facilitate growth that is consistent with our goals. Ensure a safe work environment and that proper safety training occurs that is consistent with company policy and customer requirements.  Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and culture. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, coaching, and motivating employees.  Also responsible for planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, and resolving problems at the Branch level. Control and manage S G & A expenses in Branch as well as manage direct reports. Other duties may be assigned. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Minimum of High School degree with five years of experience with industrial engine accessory equipment or other related equipment known to our business. Ability to read, analyze and interpret schematics for industrial engine packages, panel controls and other oil field related equipment. Ability to recognize technical procedures, or problems with related equipment and general knowledge of governmental regulations. Ability to write reports if needed, and general business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors or groups of managers, employees, customers, suppliers and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish and synthesize facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or electrical diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Must have excellent time management and organizational skills and be highly motivated.  Ability to persuade and motivate subordinates and peers to perform to their fullest capabilities by motivating them through personal and professional integrity, professional knowledge, dedication to others and the organization, understanding, compassion, and fairness.
