Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm with OT at the end of the day

• 5 days a week with alternating Saturdays

What’s a typical day as a Material Coordinator I - Material Planning and Control? You’ll be:

• Coordinating the flow of materials and the filling of Kanbans in a department of the factory, including shipping and receiving

• Ensuring that production personnel have the parts they need to produce the desired product

• Overseeing and ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time delivery

• Identifying problems and making suggestions involving production schedules

• Ensuring material logistics follow Deere Production Systems principles

• Coordinating activities for the tactical execution of a production plan within a smaller group of the factory

• Utilizing the Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules

• Auditing material replenishment cycles and accuracy

• Resolving inventory errors and expediting parts to ensure uninterrupted production

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a GED

• Have experience with Microsoft Office

• Are able to work part-time on your feet and part-time at a desk

• Have the ability to drive a hot truck (basic driver's license - no special license required)

• Have SAP experience (preferred)
