Dispatcher in Waterville, Maine

Schedule: M-F 7:30a – 4:30p

Assignment Length: Temporary

Duties:

• Answering calls from clients

• Entering data into a computer system and maintaining client files

• Dispatching transportation

• Providing great customer service

• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Great attention to detail

• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and data entry skills

• Experience with multi-line phones and scheduling preferred
