Job Description

The General Laborer is responsible for setting up production lines, conducting pre-operation checks, and documenting and correcting deficiencies or notifying the supervisor. This role also includes managing normal operations, making routine adjustments, troubleshooting problems, and monitoring product quality. The General Laborer will clean and sanitize equipment during product changeovers and maintain accurate and legible records/documentation. All tasks must be performed while adhering to company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures. Additionally, the General Laborer will stage products for mixing and roasting operators.

There are currently openings on 1st and 2nd shift.

This is a fully on-site position in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
