The Position: Under the direction of the Regional Equipment Manager, the Regional Parts Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts departments located within four of our southeast Wisconsin equipment repair facilities. Additionally, in this new role, you will provide input and guidance on how to organize inventory within these facilities. Support shop foreman and mechanics ensuring they have the parts and supplies available to fulfill equipment repair work orders safely, efficiently, timely and within budget. Manage and maintain stock part/supply inventory levels located at each of the four facilities. Take internal customer order requests via ERP system, walk-ups, emails, calls text messages, etc. and fulfill these with internal and external purchase orders. Update internal customer on status of part/supply. Inspect all incoming parts/supplies for damage, quantity variances, order accuracy etc. and resolve any issues with our internal Purchasing Agents or manufacturer/vendor. Lead inventory cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and assist in setting min/max levels. Monitor all shop consumables and replenish inventory as needed. Aid in forecasting goals and procedures to minimize supply chain shortages/delays. Strive for continuous improvement of part warehouse/bin layouts, organization and process flow to maximize efficiency and decrease overhead/inventory costs. Willingness...
