Job Title: Account Development Executive - WI

Job Description

We are seeking Account Development Executives to help launch a new partnership program with local businesses within rural communities. The role involves identifying and developing partnerships to expand small businesses and increase their income. Successful candidates will travel within assigned territories, work remotely when not traveling, and engage directly with prospective businesses to present and pitch the program, guiding them through the application and vetting process.

Hard Skills

  • 1-2 years of outside sales and/or customer service experience

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other SFA tools

  • Online research skills

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Professionalism

  • Enthusiasm to work with others

  • High sense of urgency

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple systems and technology

Work Environment

The role requires travel 3-4 days per week within a 2-hour driving distance, and allows for remote work when not traveling. It includes benefits such as uncapped commissions, monthly phone bill reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement. Employees will work M-F during core business hours and will be home every night, with no weekend or overnight travel required.
