About the Role: We are adding a Financial Analyst to our small team to partner with the experienced Financial Analyst already in place. Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis manager, the responsibilities in this role will include a variety of tasks that are daily, monthly, and quarterly with the most demanding being the tasks surrounding month end close and budgeting. There is an emphasis on being able to refine and analyze data from various sources and verify its accuracy through the use of multiple programs. Advanced skills in excel are required for success in this role. The finance team is also involved in some critical areas of the accounting function including the allowance for loan loss, repossessed assets, and loan/share balancing.
