Getinge USA Sales LLC T-DOC Sales Engineer in Wayne, New Jersey

Responsible for providing the overall technical support and project design for field based sales teams as it relates to T-DOC: data plan; workflow design; reporting in T-DOC, SSRS and/or Power BI; training plan; project charter; and pre-sales project management. Serves as the Pre-PO T-DOC Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help sell a successful T-DOC project. This includes providing technical, data, reporting and workflow consulting in the Pre-PO process for customers, DHS Territory Manager, IC Territory Managers, and IC Service, as well as providing insight into the unique capabilities of T-DOC as it relates to the specific needs and expectations of customers. Assists DSH Territory Managers with creating ROIs (Return on Investment) analysis, workflow recommendations, identifying clinical consulting opportunities, and discussing potential unique configurations and enterprise-wide DHS solutions that include the integration of T-DOC, Tegris and Torin. Gathers, processes, and shares competitive information to assist DHS Territory Managers in differentiating T-DOC from competitive offerings. Contributes to trade shows, demonstrations, trials, and other venues where Getinge products will be evaluated. Leads/assists with planning, logistics, and setup. Contributes to presenting solutions to customers and prospects professionally and with value-add to the sales process. Acts as a pre-sales project manager. Gathers needs and requirements from customers and advises on practical approaches that will meet customer needs while ensuring Getinge profitability and success. Responsible for T-DOC Project Charters with collaboration from the DHS Territory Manager including customer signed Scope Document, workflow drawings and workflow documentation. Collaborates with the DHS Territory Manager to create a smooth post-PO handoff from Sales to Project Management and participates in the Project Kick-Off with the customer. Participates in all active T-DOC projects as main contact for data, workflow, reporting and clinical expectations. Trains new sales reps on technology, competition, and project management processes. Participates in training customers, including T-DOC Admin Training, and assists with customer usability issues when needed. Provides feedback about product enhancements or bugs. Works with marketing to develop and provide sales tools and demo tools. Must have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technology field. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Must have 2 years of progressive experience in technical support and implementation positions in the medical device field performing the following: Asset Tracking systems in Sterile Processing Departments (SPD); Utilizing understanding of SPD workflow, processes and industry standards; and Training internal team members or external customers on technical systems and processes. Must have 2 years applicable clinical experience with sales aptitude. Must be available for daily and/or weekly domestic travel to undetermined customer and/or company locations as required.
