DLL Financial Services, Inc. Agile Engineer - 3 in Wayne, Pennsylvania
*DUTIES: * Position responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and configuring business applications for DLL's leasing platform leveraging Pega PRPC as well as other industry standard development frameworks & technologies; focus on business value delivery utilizing Agile/SCRUM; design and build best-in-class Pega BPM solutions; this role is part of the Digital Flow team and responsible for delivering Lease lifecycle focused products and innovative solutions; ensure the appropriate stakeholders are engaged in evaluating the optimal solution design to meet the complex business needs; Hands on analysis, solution design, configuration and development activities using Pega PRPC to meet business needs; participate in technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control, event handling, integration components, work assignment, user access and security components, and versioning approach; analyze and resolve Production issues for the Pega based Lease Origination platform including integration and support with 3rdparty external systems; participate in code deployments; participate in solution monitoring, assessment and communication of success story and business value delivery; work with Product Owner and cross-functional development team to support business value delivery; implement business process based applications in 7.x/8.x version of Pega Platform; and, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help improve the development process and business value delivery. REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Business related field, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include the following:
- At least five (5) years of development experience with Pega Platform including PRPC rules configuration, customization and deployment in Agile/SCRUM based development & delivery environment; and,
- PEGA SA/SSA Certification;
Experience must also include the following:
- Demonstrable knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features;
- Demonstrable PEGA based business process modeling and process definition skills;
- Demonstrable experience with application of business analysis skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders and users;
- Demonstrable experience developing SOAP/REST based API's using PEGA Platform;
- Demonstrable experience working with PEGA Agents and Listeners (File, JMS MDB etc.);
- Demonstrable experience in event/data streaming using PEGA KAFKA Integration;
- Demonstrable experience using Jira/Azure DevOps like toolkits;
- Demonstrable experience in Agile Scrum and SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework); and,
- Demonstrable experience developing Leasing Applications.
