Robert Half has partnered with a growing client on their search for a multi-talented, Office Manager/Admin Assistant who can support a CEO and support other departments as needed. As the Office Manager/Admin Assistant you will provide general office support, point of contact for outside vendors, process new hire documents, assist with benefits administration, review and draft lease agreements, complete detailed research as needed, maintain office supply inventory, own the travel coordinator process, receive and sort incoming mail/deliveries, greet visitors, scan/file documents, and assist with ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications. This Office Manager/Admin Assistant role offers excellent benefits and compensation!

Primary Responsibilities

· Oversee office supply inventory

· Assist with event planning

· Calendar Management

· Answer incoming phone calls

· Draft email correspondence and create presentations

· POC to outside vendors

· Organize external and internal events/luncheons

· Identify areas for process improvements

· Manage training programs

· Provide reports to management

Requirements

Requirements for the Office Manager/Admin Assistant role include and are not limited to:

· 5+ years of office/administrative experience

· Experience processing online payroll

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
