GC Services Recovery Resolution Specialist - Remote (Weldon Spring, MO) in Weldon Spring, Missouri

Overview

InteLogix is seeking a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will manage incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with past debts, negotiating settlements, or addressing potential fraud cases. Recovery Resolution Specialists will be responsible for educating customers on debt and credit reporting matters, offering tailored solutions with care through proactive education on consumer rights and best practices, legal risks will be mitigated and optimal outcomes for customers will be achieved. You will also be responsible for engaging with customers via inbound calls or email to address unpaid debts and credit concerns, taking the appropriate actions and documenting as necessary. All Recovery Resolution Specialists will undergo four weeks of comprehensive training, including two weeks of classroom learning and two weeks of on the job training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume workload efficiently

  • Handle inbound calls from both current and former Verizon customers

  • Collaborate with external collection agencies as necessary

  • Facilitate payment collection, negotiate settlements, and liaise with collection agencies

  • Review credit disputes for discrepancies and validity

  • Achieve monthly production and quality targets established

  • Maintain accurate and concise documentation of all account-related activities in client systems

  • Perform an additonal tasks assigned

Qualifications

What We Look for in a Candidate:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions

  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

  • Excellent communication skills, both, oral and written

  • Ability to effectively multi-task

  • Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
