Robert Half Office Manager in Wellington, Florida

Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our client's team in Wellington, Florida. This role involves managing office tasks, handling client relations, scheduling trainings, and ensuring smooth operations within the team. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in invoicing and creating estimates using QuickBooks, but this is not an accounting role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Maintain professional relations with clients and direct them to the appropriate team member

• Schedule and coordinate trainings for clients and team members

• Use QuickBooks effectively for invoicing and creating estimates

• Supervise two team members, ensuring they are on task and punctual

• Handle client communication and intake processes

• Provide back office support and general office administration

• Contribute to the growth of the company by utilizing sales skills to promote products and services

• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient office operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role

• Proven experience in client relations and client communication

• Familiarity with client intake procedures

• Experience in preparing invoices and cost estimates

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Experience in providing back-office support

• Knowledge of office administration procedures

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
