耐克直营零售业务部诚聘有思想、有能力、有梦想、有潜力的你！

主要职责：

• 人员管理—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见；

• 管理所辖的某些店铺营运区域（库存、产品部门和销售服务等）的所有日常活动，包括销售和服务、选择和培养员工、产品、时间和营运管理；

• 执行和维护产品陈列和销售区标准；

• 沟通促销活动信息，确保每次促销活动的结果最大化；

• 根据销售和顾客反馈，识别商品问题和机会；

• 在指定区域内监督、培训和培养员工；

• 协助店铺经理提供优质的消费者体验和员工体验并且实施/执行全球和区域计划，推动经营成果发展。

• 要求：大学学历并且具有至少2～3年直接相关工作经验；3年零售经验、1年领导或者主管经验；能够根据工作需要从事相应的体力工作；能够接受零售行业的灵活排班。

• Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards

• Provide a strong sales floor presence--set the standard for superior service by directly supporting Athletes and closely monitoring floor activities to ensure execution and delivery of the premium consumer experience. Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Dept., area), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising, time and business management

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards

• Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event

• Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback

• Supervise, train, and develop associates within designated area

• Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results

• Utilize advanced customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect consumer to the right product. Build a bond between consumer and brand

• Qualifications: College degree or above, 3 years retail experience including 1 year lead or supervisory experience
