Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Personal Care Home Administrator to join our long-term care facility in Wernersville, PA.

Responsibilities for a Personal Care Home Administrator with Phoebe Berks:

Responsible for the administration, programming, and management of the personal care facility and/or adult day center and independent living where applicable; including the health, safety and well-being of the residents, implementation of policies and procedures and compliance with related regulations.          

Requirements for a Personal Care Home Administrator with Phoebe Berks:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.

  • Preferably two-year management experience in personal care, adult day, or related field.

  • Current Pennsylvania PCH Administrator license. 

  • Current & valid PA Driver’s license
