Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager for our Microwave Solution will be responsible booking of orders for microwave products within an assigned territory or set of accounts. Duties include seeking out and developing new business opportunities to apply microwave products and technical capabilities to meet customer requirements, solicit and qualify bid requests intelligence and submitting proposals where applicable.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and promoting our RF products and services effectively.

  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our RF products and services, and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Address any issues or challenges that arise in the sales process, including pricing negotiations, contract disputes, and customer complaints, in a timely and effective manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the RF industry or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Eligibility Requirement: This position requires access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Regional Sales Manager Location:

  • West Caldwell, NJ OR Chandler, AZ

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment

  • Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail

  • Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment

  • Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE

  • May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes

  • Standing: 10% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task

  • Sitting: 90% *percentage is approximate and may vary depending on work task

  • Lifting (in pounds): up to 10 pounds

  • Pushing (in pounds): up to 10 pounds

  • Mental/Visual: use of computer, calculator, filing cabinets
