Maintenance Technician - Worker (Full-Time) for our two Public Housing Apartment Complexes. Job requirements interior/exterior custodial, maintenance, carpentry, painting, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance skills. Communication skills, inventory control skills, multi-tasking skills a must, and good public relations abilities. Three (3) years related experience required and HVAC experience is a plus. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and driver\'s license.
Must be able to travel out of town occasionally for meetings and training workshops.

Salary Range \$35,000.00 to \$40,000.00
