Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Tax Manager based in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be part of a team working within the industry and will be expected to be in the office for a significant portion of the work week.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CorpTax software to facilitate tax-related processes

• Prepare, review, and file consolidated, corporate, state, and federal tax returns

• Manage tax-related responsibilities for approximately 30 states and international territories

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations

• Handle tax matters for multiple corporations, including Domino Foods and others

• Oversee the consolidation processes and the preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Monitor and manage multiple returns filed for different periods

• Take charge of the tax matters for recently acquired corporations

• Respond to and resolve any tax-related inquiries and issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records for all corporations under management. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role as Tax Manager

• Proficient in using CorpTax Software

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Consolidated Return and Consolidation Processes

• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing Consolidated Tax Return

• Ability to handle Corporate Tax Return and Corporate Tax Compliance tasks

• Expertise in Multi-state Tax and Multi-state Tax Returns

• Good understanding of State tax, Federal Tax, Federal Tax Return, and Federal Taxes

• Experience in creating and analyzing Consolidated Financial Statements

• Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
