The Global Accounts Receivables (GAR) team is part of the Enterprise Platforms Centre of Excellence (COE). The wider COE team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase card member value. Within GAR, the GlobeStar Parameters team manages the configuration of products and software that delivers on business growth and compliance.
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join us in the GlobeStar Parameters team to help support our GlobeStar markets. These cover the Consumer, Small Business (SBS) and Corporate lines of business. The team will support anything from new product launches, product refreshes and re-pricing, through to compliance and regulatory requirements.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Working with Business Partners and other Stakeholders to undertake detailed analysis of prioritized requests
Solutioning and documenting required changes, in a clear and auditable manner
Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams on individual requests and wider initiatives and programs of work
Supporting the intake process to assess and prioritise new change requests
Ensuring adherence to and compliance with Amex Governance protocols
Minimum Qualifications:
