DH Pace Company, Inc. Commerical Service Manager-Construction & Building Materials Industry in Westerville, Ohio
DH Pace Company Inc. in Columbus, Ohio is hiring a Commercial Service Manager to join our team at our team! We sell, service and install every type of door you can imagine! Our managers are skilled at scheduling, dispatching, project management, and managing labor costs.
Position Overview:
- - Will effectively manage employee performance, control labor and material costs and ensure service levels meet customer expectations
- - Assist with employee/job scheduling and provide assistance with technical/mechanical trouble-shooting/problem solving
- - Monitor technicians schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate customer invoicing
- - Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans
- - Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- - Management experience in a fast-paced service focused organization
- - Bachelors degree preferred
- - Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- - Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
- - Proficient with Windows based programs and ERP/CRM Systems
- - Must possess a Valid Drivers License
