1 Job Locations Remote - U.S. Category Accounting and Finance Overview The Provisioning Specialist 2 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer. What you will be doing Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders, generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition Fulfill license requests from various internal departments Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy Assist in update assigned procedures documentation to ensure information is current. Deliver third party products according to procedures Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy What will make you successful High School diploma, or equivalent Experience in a customer support or software licensing role Detail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracy Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking Good collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite Good attention to detail Good ability of identifying and completing tasks independently with a sense of urgency and ownership Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Basic knowledge of licensing Up to 5% travel time required Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $44,800-67,200 and eligible for bonus and benefits What you can expect next Hyland Recruiters thoroughly review every application and will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks regarding next steps.
