TEKsystems Escrow Analyst in Westlake Village, California

Description:

Good understanding of loan documents such as Property Tax Certificates, Preliminary Title Reports and other documents provided by taxing authorities. Enter/update information such as payment due dates, payee codes, etc. in a tracking report.

Good understanding of initial and annual escrow analysis statements, payment histories, etc. to verify the accuracy of taxes set up in Encompass system.

Research tax due dates, payee names and agency codes from a tax database and enter information in a tracking report.

Document detailed information of any discrepancies by entering accurate notes in the tracking report.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of mortgage experience with knowledge of impound/escrow documents and payment histories.

Experience with Encompass LOS system is preferred.

Proficient in Excel.

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Flexible to changing priorities, deadlines and multi-tasking.

IEAD experience (initial escrow aaccount disclosure)

Need understanding of what disbursement lines mean on an escrow disclosure
