Ball Corporation Intern, Supply Chain Planning & Execution in Westminster, Colorado

Primary Purpose of this Position:
Our future success relies on our ability to attract, develop and retain top talent. Our Internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited University or College who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work.
What will you be responsible for?
Corporate interns will gain hands-on experiences while working on various projects throughout the summer:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to supply chain planning & execution.
Prepare reports and presentations to help track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement Support: Work with the Regional teams to help in developing and implementing strategies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research on industry trends and best practices. Assist in benchmarking performance against industry standards and competitor practices.
Collaborates with other Supply Chain interns and team members on projects that contribute to the overall Supply Chain strategies.
Communicates with and works cross functionally with Planning, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance to accomplish project work.
Utilizes analytics to drive improvement in operational results and promote effective decision making
Maintains file organization, process documentation, and team-sites
Participate in centrally-hosted professional development activities.
Participate in weekly check-in meetings with members of the team.
Participate in day-to-day office activities.
Attend a full-cohort week in Colorado during the internship.
Participate and report out/present on projects/other work assignments as needed.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of a high school diploma and currently pursuing and enrolled to complete a Bachelors degree in a business related discipline at an accredited University or College.
Applicants must have completed at least one year of their degree prior to applying and have a graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Compensation & Benefits
Hiring Salary Range: $ 24.00 - 26.00 Hourly
