Job Description:

. Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service oriented manner.

. Be able to perform all duties of Front Desk Agent.

. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

. Monitor all special guest request.

. Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.

. Answer all guest inquiries in a timely and professional nature.

. Set the standard for guest relations at the front desk.

Job Requirements:

. Min 1 year of previous hotel experience.

. Excellent communications skills to relate to guest, associates and vendors.

. Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

. Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

. $14 – $14.50 per hour. Depending on experience
