Cleveland Clinic Operations Analyst in Weston, Florida

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience with Tableau

  • Intermediate experience with SQL including subqueries, indexing, unions, aggregate functions preferred

  • Experience working with Clarity data model and EPIC reporting functionality preferred

  • Experience with payor claims data, SDOH data, billing data, clinical data preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts in-depth statistical analysis and evaluation of current and proposed operational unit services and performance.

  • Identifies programs/service strengths, weaknesses and financial impact.

  • Serves as technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of the operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units as related to departmental resources, services, systems, budgets and programs. Interprets and presents data analysis results including explanation of statistical and financial techniques used, assumptions made and summary of results.

  • Assists with the development of operational plans, procedures and systems; reviews and evaluates current procedures and systems and develops recommendations for improvement and/or change.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum two years experience with demonstrated knowledge of applied statistics and financial analysis with a quantitative focus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $27.65

Maximum hourly: $42.17

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
